Question: Why can’t I log back into my Hadley account? It worked so easy to sign up with my Facebook account. But now I can’t seem to get back in.

If you signed up with Hadley using the quick sign up process connected to your Facebook account AND you logged off of our site, THEN to log back in you’ll need to use the Facebook button again on the Login page. That will re-establish your connection using your Facebook account.

The same works if you signed up using the Google (Gmail) or Yahoo quick sign ups. If you end up logging off Hadley, you need to log back in the same way you did to begin with. And if you’re not sure, call us at 800-323-4238 and we’ll walk you through.

Question: I’m having trouble logging in. My OASIS password isn’t working on this new website.

The new Hadley platform is very different from OASIS. Because of that, your username and password didn’t transfer over, unfortunately. You will need to sign up anew on the new platform.

You’ll only need to do that once. Your computer will remember you every time you return and will track your progress every time you log on.

Question: Why isn’t the site remembering me? I kept the box checked to remember me when logging in.

It could be your browser setting. If you’ve enabled the “Clear Cookies and site data when you quit Chrome”, for instance, our site will not keep you logged in.

Question: Where are the courses?

Courses have been transformed in workshops and workshop series. To find our workshops, select the "Get Started" button on our home page. You will be guided through a series of questions about contrast and font size, then to a question: What Would You Like To Learn Today? When you make a selection from the topics displayed there, you'll find the workshops we have available for you.

Workshops have a video component, transcripts, and links to resources and handouts. They also give you direct connection to experts if you need more help.

You are welcome to participate in any workshop you choose. And come back to them as often as you’d like. All workshops are open to all learners, too.

Question: Where are discussion groups?

HadleyHelps.org/discussion-groups will lead you to a listing of all discussion groups. You will need to sign up to access details. Signing up once gives you full access to every workshop, discussion group and podcast episode as well as direct connection to our Learning Experts, Discussion Group Leaders, and Podcast Host.  If you have already signed up to receive an email reminder for a discussion group, you will continue receiving them.

Question: Where are Hadley Presents podcast episodes?

HadleyHelps.org/hadleypresents will lead you to a page of podcast episodes. Signing up once gives you full access to every workshop, discussion groups and direct connection to our Learning Experts, Discussion Group Leaders, and Podcast Host.

Question: Where are the instructional videos? What about Low Vision videos?

Instructional videos (including Low Vision) have been transformed into what we’re calling workshops.

Question: Can I still order materials to be sent to me, or someone I’m supporting, in the mail?

Yes. Many of our workshops are available to be sent out in large print, braille, or audio. Call us to learn more: (800) 323-4238.
