People face many health issues on a daily basis. Many of these issues can be avoided simply by eating well and engaging in physical activity every day. Staying healthy also involves getting annual checkups, and identifying and addressing possible problems. This course covers important health topics: eating healthfully, maintaining a healthy weight, eating disorders, mental health, stress management, drug abuse, alcohol abuse, smoking, and sexually transmitted diseases.
