National Association of Blind Merchants and National Federation of the Blind's Entrepreneurs Initiative (NABM/NFBEI) will award a Randolph-Sheppard vendor an Entrepreneur of Excellence Certificate upon completion of a two-part series of online Hadley courses and modules. Randolph-Sheppard vendors who earn the certificate will be recognized at NABM's Business Leadership and Superior Training (BLAST) conference, or at its annual meeting held in conjunction with the convention of the National Federation of the Blind. You may also present the certificate as proof of continuing education for your upward mobility requirement.
NABM/NFBEI and Hadley's Forsythe Center for Employment and Entrepreneurship now offer distance education business courses and modules. Upon successful completion of each specified course or module, a Certificate of Achievement will be awarded by Hadley. Upon completion of all certificate requirements, NABM will award an Entrepreneur of Excellence Certificate.
You are eligible to enroll in the Hadley - NABM certificate program if you meet one of the following criteria:
You must be at least 14 years of age, meet vision eligibility requirements and understand courses written in English at the high school level.
Enroll online anytime.
All courses are tuition-free. There is no charge for course or module materials. Your only cost is your commitment of time and diligence.
Study anytime, anywhere. All courses and modules are taught through distance education. Course formats are noted with the description of the courses. A credentialed instructor will grade your lesson assignments and provide feedback. Your Hadley instructor is available through email and by a toll-free phone number to help you with any course-related questions.

Please submit the enrollment application ONLY if you are enrolling in your first NABM certificate course or module. When you are ready to enroll in another course or module, enroll using Hadley's Online Automated Student Information System (OASIS) or by contacting the Student Services Department.
