The Financial Plan

This module explains how to create an income statement, a balance sheet, and a cash flow statement. These documents are integral parts of a financial plan and crucial when applying for a loan. Module Description
Finances are a critical part of all businesses. Every company or individual needs to keep track of the money that comes into a business and the money that goes to pay its bills. Moreover, a company needs to know how much cash is at hand and how much the company is worth at any given moment. This module uses a case study about Cyber Cafe on Walton and includes sample financial documents for the Cyber Cafe, as well as a sample blank financial plan template. This plan gives you a real-life example of how a small business controls its money. The module identifies the information needed to create the financial plan. The module concludes with a description of the elements that make up the financial plan, such as the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
