Course Evaluation

Thank you for taking time to complete and submit the Student Course Evaluation Form. Your input is appreciated.

Upon successful completion of a course or cancelation of a course, you will receive a copy of the form in the postal mail system or via email. Either way, we want to hear your feedback.

We encourage you to complete an electronic copy of the Student Course Evaluation (Text). Be sure to include the course name and intructor's name on the form. Submission instructions are included on the form.
